8 months !

Wow! can you believe it...I'm 8-months-old today.

Well, I'm getting closer to my first birthday. Mom says that I'm going to break her heart when I turn one. I had a lot of fun over the 4th. I saw fire works, went swimming for the first time, hung out with my family, and played with Aunt Ali. She was here for 4 days. Mom and Dad are getting more done on the house. Hopefully soon it won't look like we're moving in. Dad got the trim hung around the living room and part of the dining room until he ran out. Mom did some more painting and staining this weekend. Daddy also cleaned out the shed and hung shelves...it actually looks kind of organized in there. Daddy said that Jonah and I get to go to Grandma Janice's this Saturday night. He's gonna take Mom out for their anniversary. Daddy said that they have been married for 11 years. That sure seems like a long time to me. Well, I need to go pick on my brother some more.

This last week we did lots of stuff. Jonah had soccer camp all week long. He missed one day because there was some lightening with the rain. 3 days he played in rain or mist. Then of course the rain would usually stop after camp. He also had T-ball and vacation bible school. Mom and I were ready to stay at home. Jonah still has t-ball, but all the other stuff is done. I really like this mom staying at home thing. I've been a stinker and cry every time she leaves the room lately. I've got to keep my eye on her in case she thinks she's gonna leave.

Summer!!!

Well, we started summer break with a trip to Papa And Grandma J's.

We have had a lot going on lately. Mostly that we spent the last month out of our house as they were remodeling it. We got to move back in one week ago. I have my own room now and it looks pretty cool. Mommy and daddy are still busy putting things in place and finishing up the little things. I'm sure I will have to post some pictures when everything is all done. Sure wouldn't know that it is the same house.
